1. Is the MoveAround IV Buggy FDA approved?
IV poles do not need FDA approval. It’s a class of product outside their jurisdiction.

2. Has the MoveAround IV Buggy been tested?
The buggy is designed to be structurally sound. An independent engineering / testing company tested the buggy for weld strength and support integrity. It passed with flying colors.

3. Can the buggy fit through the doorways in my home?
The Buggy was designed for home, hospital and clinic use. The rear wheels which are the widest portion of the Buggy are 22” wide. The normal household doorway is finished to a width of approx. 29” with some bathroom doors being 27”.

4. Can young children maneuver the buggy effectively?
Maneuverability and mobility are the reasons we created and designed the MoveAround IV Buggy.  Children as young as 20 months have used it without difficulty.

5. What types of things can be safely put into the bin?
The bin is designed to hold toys, games, dolls and stuffed animals. The ability to have their playthings travel with them gives children a greater independence and mobility.

6. Will the IV pump fit on the MoveAround IV Buggy?
Pumps have a clamping mechanism that fit onto the pole portion of the buggy.

7. Is the MoveAround IV Buggy easy to assemble? Are any special tools required?
The buggy is very easy to assemble. No tools are needed. It can be assembled in approximately one minute.

8. What are the different  heights for the buggy’s adjustable handle?
The handle can be adjusted to heights of 26”, 28”, 30” and 32”.

9. How high is the IV pole?
It is 66” from the floor to the top of the IV pole.

10. How big is the bin?
It is 19” long and 13” wide; the depth varies from 7” in the front to 9” in the back.

11. Is there a feature so that a child can have their drink cup with them?
A plastic tray accessory is available. The tray fits on to a shelf that is molded into the bin   and has two different diameter openings for a child’s “sippy” or drink cup.

13. How quickly can my order be shipped?
Our goal is to ship same or next day following credit authorization. Special paint jobs have a longer lead time.

14. What colors does the MoveAround IV Buggy feature?
The standard colors are purple and blue. Special colors can be ordered however a minimum order of 10 Buggies applies and lead time will be quoted once colors have been specified. All bins are white.

15. How do I clean the MoveAround IV Buggy?
The MoveAround IV Buggy has been designed to facilitate cleaning. A standard hospital or household cleaner can be applied with a clean cloth. Simply wipe all of the surfaces of the buggy and bin.
